SanGin Entertainment has come to agreement on a three project deal with director, Sri Rang. “The Gleam” will be releasing on DVD, September 2nd 2008. Sri is being held as the next M. Knight Shyamalan. The Gleam is a dark drama, stylish as the Sixth Sense. Sri Rang won “Best New Director” at the New York Film Festival, where he also finished at the top of his class at NYU for film. “I grew up watching Mr. Shyamalan movies in India, now with SanGin Entertainment I have the opportunity to distribute my films. I plan on parlaying The Gleam with another thriller.”
SanGin Entertainment takes an unconventional route and distributes DVD’s to over 19,000 retail stores by bypassing the “mom and pop” Indian stores and distributes Bollywood movies to major chains such as Best Buy, Amazon, Target, Blockbuster, Netflix, Fry’s Electronic, and Circuit City along with hundreds of other retailers. “We are excited to come to an agreement with Sri Rang.
